Hi Bestie. I’m Katie

I’m a Nashville native turned London transplant with a soft spot for all things bold, girlie, and a little quirky. With nearly a decade of marketing under my belt, I love working with brands that get the girls – whether you’re running a reformer studio, hosting cute craft sessions, styling hair, doing glow-ups in your aesthetics clinic, or curating the cosiest book nook in central.

If your business serves women and your socials are collecting dust, we’re here to fix that. Because being a “hidden gem” might sound cute, but it’s not great for growth – or for the people who’d fall in love with your brand if only they knew you existed.

From bringing your vision to life through branding and web design to helping you show up consistently with scroll-stopping content and strategic ads, my team and I are here to make sure you’re seen and not just by your mum.

Because Bro Marketing Isn’t For You

The truth is, bro marketing has dominated this industry for years, and they just don’t get us.

They don’t get the nuance of girlhood. They don’t understand the power of softness, storytelling, or aesthetic. Their marketing tactics feel pushy, outdated, and honestly… nothing like the world we’re building.

Marketing should feel authentic. It should be colourful, intentional, and feminine. It should reflect you and connect with women.

But let’s be honest, when it comes to marketing your own business, you’ve probably done one of two things:

You either ghost your strategy for three weeks, three months, three years… or coast with random reels and a few boosted posts and hope for the best.

And it’s not because you don’t care. It’s because you’re juggling everything clients, bookings, admin, stock, staff, and somewhere in there, a million half-written Instagram captions.

You don’t have time to keep up with the trends, the memes, or whatever new feature Instagram is forcing this month.

And when you do look for advice, it’s a bunch of bro marketers yelling about funnels and hacks and DM strategies… Their version of marketing lives on a totally different side of the internet.

That’s where we come in to help brands like yours, brands that get the girls, be seen online.

Whether you’re running a reformer studio, an aesthetics clinic, a café, a craft experience, or a boutique bookstore, we’re here to take the pressure off.

From branding and websites to strategic content and ads that actually convert, my team and I build marketing that works, and that feels like you.

Because being a hidden gem might sound cute, but being fully booked and on everyone’s lips? That’s what you deserve.

How I did it

My journey

2015-2019

I became a freelancer

When I first moved abroad, I was flying by the seat of my pants, or trousers, as you’d say here, trying to figure out how to make money to fund my travels. I’d always been good at writing, so I turned my love of storytelling toward brands. I started creating content, blogs, emails, and website copy, bringing businesses to life through words that actually connected.

Over time, that skill grew into something bigger. I dove headfirst into the world of marketing, learning everything from ads and funnels to branding, websites, content strategy, and messaging.

2020-2023

I built Other People’s Agencies

From 2020 to 2023, I worked in business development with not one, not two, but three agency owners. I learned firsthand how to develop, systemise, and scale a successful marketing agency. I wasn’t just focused on results (though we got plenty of those). I learned how to create an experience that clients actually enjoyed. It was about more than metrics. It was about helping brands show up in a way that felt true to them. I saw how powerful it is when marketing doesn’t just perform well but also feels aligned, easeful, and authentic.

2024

I started helping london girlies

In 2024, I launched my own agency, and haven’t looked back since. We’ve helped countless female-owned businesses show up authentically online, build brands that actually thrive, and generate real, sustainable revenue. And the best part? We’re only just getting started. We hope you’ll join us on this journey.
